In the lesson the students will first make a paper graph of 8 coordinates.  Then students will enter the data into two lists on the graphing calculator.  Students will be asked to select an appropriate window and create a connected line graph to view the same drawing they did on their hand graph.

Then students will be asked to design their own line drawing, record the coordinates and enter them in the calculator to see if they can produce the same picture on the graphing calculator.
