Enter the two lists in the graphing calculator using L1 and L2. Set up L3 to be the ratio of L1 to L2 or L1/L2. What do you notice about the ratios? What does it mean when the ratios are all about the same quantity? Return to the homescreen and find the mean of L3 using the Mean command on the calculator. Did you end up with a number about 1.618? This number is called the golden ratio. You may want to investigate more about this number.
