Jim Receives Advanced Placement Recognition Award

On Thursday, February 9, 2000 Jim Rahn was recognized by the College Board for his achievements in the Advanced Placement Program.  He and his wife, Patti, attended a special luncheon at the Harbourside Hotel in Baltimore, Md.

The luncheon began with the Morgan State University Chorale singing several songs.  The final song, We are the World, brought the entire luncheon guests to their feet in a standing ovation.

 

Following the luncheon the College Board recognized several students for their special works.  Then they presented 9 teachers from the region with a special recognition award.

       

Jim was recognized for his accomplishments with helping his students achieve success with the advanced placement program.
